Coaching With Me

The coaching process begins with a complimentary 30 minute online session where we discuss your current life situation and where you ultimately want to be.

Clients leave this session with a greater sense of clarity, and more often than not some profound realisations.

I will assess your situation, identify what is holding you back and devise a clear strategy to move you forward. At this stage we will then be able to discuss how many sessions you will need to reach your desired goals.

Most people get what they need out of Life Coaching in 8-16 sessions and you should expect to see breakthroughs after a couple of sessions as coaching tends to produce rapid results.

Weekly sessions are recommended initially to help you gain momentum.  Once you are making progress I then suggest leaving two to three weeks between sessions.  Clients then tend to taper off to monthly or six weekly sessions when they making good progress.

We will both know when you have achieved your coaching goals and our work together will come to an end. You will then have the tools to continue moving forward independently.

Once we have decided on a course of action and how many sessions are required we can get to work.

I conduct one hour sessions via Skype, or face to face in Medellin, Colombia where I am based. In addition I am available for free email support in between sessions.

I work with a diverse group of male and female clients from varying age groups and professions. Our relationship will be based on understanding, respect and compassion, and of course, is completely confidential.
